Located in the Tirau district in the Waikato, Piarere Holdings is a 50/50 sharemilking business which operates the dairy farm for an absentee farm owner.
Piarere Holdings operates on a highly fertile predominantly flat farm. The farm is an amalgamation of two smaller properties that were combined and integrated by the farm owner to provide sufficient economies of scale for the 50/50 sharemilking operation.
Because it was two separate farms, the property boasts very good shedding and infrastructure with sufficient staff accommodation to a modern and healthy homes standard.
The combined farm consists of 182ha wintering 600 cows.
