The Spectrum Group was first established in late 2001. The Group has farming interested based in Canterbury and the Waikato which collectively milk 8,500 cows and have a targeted production of over 3.4 million kg milk solids. 2017 sees the development of a specialised grazing block located in Canterbury to support the existing dairy operation. |
